Makes a big difference Been using this app for a few weeks now and it really does help to relieve stress. I regularly listen before going to sleep and find I get a much better night's sleep. It has also helped ease my back pain. Highly recommended and what have you got to lose?
Needs attention The 13 minute guided meditation with music is great but about half way through the music becomes very loud and you can't hear what she's saying. Completely spoils it for me. It also kicks in during option of 'no music'. Appart from this I love it.
Unbelievable At first when I downloaded this I was a bit spectacle about it but after actually using it I love it. It has 2 different meditation types that both relief stress and anxiety. An amazing app.
Great guided meditations for stress relief These two meditations, one five minutes long and one thirteen minutes long, focus on relieving stress caused by deadlines such as work projects. I get an immediate sense of relief when I listen to one of these and return to my to-do list afterwards with a happier attitude and less resistance to getting things done. I highly recommend these to anyone needing to change their emotional state quickly.
Perfect Anytime i have personal issues, it helps me face it head on relax my soul by feeling and being aware of the emotions. I drift away to sleep peacefully and next day i wake up in a better demeanor
