Take a break Love this. It's really easy to tap into quickly to get some calm and focus. Music really helpful to get n good frame of mind. Wouldn't be without it , when life become busy n creeps on you . Listen a few times puts me on track again with reality
I loved this app so much I thought I would support the developers and upgrade to the full version to get rid of the annoying adverts at the end. Shouldn't have bothered! More sounds and music no better than the free version, and still has intrusive adds!
Great app This is a really good app I even bought the upgrade. I use this alot and it is effective. My only thing is I wish there was a longer then 12 minute one and maybe another category or two to pick other than work and stress. But overall it's really good
Love this app I love that I can take this everywhere with me. I do the meditations on breaks at work. They are so simple and soothing. The guidance helps stop my mind from wandering. Just downloaded the other meditation apps too now.
Terrible 'app' - it has just 2 meditations in it and a bunch of other unnecessary buttons. I can't see how this is worth making an app for - looks like it was someone's class project, or something like that.
Very soothing. I've been using the 13 minute stress reduction about 3-4x/week for the last 6 months. It clears my cache in my mind, relieves tension, relaxes my mind and allows me to focus more clearly. It's like a mini-vacation! Great job, thank you!
