EXCELLENT free app for mindful meditation. It is great to have options of background music or not and short meditations and longer ones. I try to use it on my lunch break at work.

Incredible first experience: completely dissolved my pressure. I don't use music; the voice is Love & Acceptance personified. Thankyou!

Simple, useful and effective. I use this to practice mindfulness before going to bed. I like it so much that I paid to support the developers.
