Mediversal is an initiative by Mediversal Healthcare Private Limited to serve people in tier 2/3 towns which have been relatively underserved as compared to the Tier 1 cities. We are a healthcare company dedicated to bring in strategic agility in conventional healthcare set ups. As we expand our hospital network in eastern India, we are also building our technical capabilities to provide a well-rounded customer experience through a mix of technology (to increase reach) and physical infrastructure (for a human touch).
Be it home delivery of genuine medicines, patient home care services, doctor video consultations or booking health tests, the mobile application provides everything under one roof. The app is easy to use and provides only what is needed, so that the elderly can also use it easily. The app is bi-lingual (Hindi & English). Our payment gateways integrated with the app are safe and secure. Refunds and returns are easy. We place customer experience over our financial losses which may occur should you decide to return / cancel orders.
