Cheating us. They dont have any mechanism to show price of medicines. When I got call, I asked cost per strip for ordered medicine.The price which was told to me and actual I recieved is totaly different. When I asked to delievery guy about this issue so he told me that the price which was told to me over phone call was actually price of Benglore city. If it so than why medlife executive asked me city on call and why he didnt told me price according to my city.. Totally fake and cheaters...
Pathetic service and extremely rude supervisors at their call center ,they dont know how to talk this is my first and last order, will not recommend anybody to buy from ull, even after waiting for 3 days order not delivered on request and the supervisors spoke very rudely... They forget that they are ij the business of medicine and not clothes, regret ordering from this site, my transaction with pharmeasy was so smooth and prompt... Had i read previous feedback i would hv not ordered
22/5 - Terrible in service, was promised a delivery on 19th May at 2 pm. Actually delivery happens 72 hours later!!! All the customer service tells you is sorry and blames on delivery vendor. The vendor received the order for delivery only on 21st May. I will file a complaint in the consumer court. The app is good but the company cheats you. They advertise of 45% discount if paid by FreeCharge and then give you only 30%. Also, always open the box on delivery. I ordered 3 times and the most expensive medicine is always missing. Called up customer care and they just say sorry.
They don't have medicines. First they confirmed my order and told me that we will deliver day after tomorrow but now i got a msg from them that Dear Customer, "We regret to inform that your order OR3228FC-001A has been cancelled as we are facing stock issues. We aplogise for the inconvinience. Hope to serve you in future." Now tell me if after 24 hours they are saying me this n that excuse, so how can we trust on them in future. Hello Medlife team this is medicine business not any crockery and clothes business where customer can wait. Plz guys dont install this app. They will make you in trouble.
Very poor service. First you take a prescription and then deliver wrong medicines. And inspite of complaints the prescription still lies with them. And all this when they know order is for a senior citizen. Definitely not recommended.
I've ordered 4 times and also referred to others. Good customer service. Delivery in Max 2 days. App is good too. Easy to use, simple. One thing which I could not find is details of my orders, which could help
1. Now you can reorder from the past delivered orders (Not just reorder against one order, you can select medicines from multiple orders). No need to upload all those prescriptions again and again.
