About this app

The MedoClinic app is used in conjunction with walks to analyze the movement pattern. The app gives information about your asymmetry index, but also the number of steps, etc. The asymmetry index is a figure between 0-100, which indicates the degree of slope. Zero means that you go symmetrically while 100 means very difficult slope.
Via messages sent to the mobile once a week, you will be notified of the number of steps and the average limiting index you have had. The app shows your individual goals that are defined and put together with your coach or health coach. The goals can consist of the number of steps per week, how many minutes per day you should be active or how much your limiting index should be reduced. Your goals for the day can be seen in the app and you can see what you are going to achieve. In the app, history for your walks (trainings) can be read out by listing them in date and time sequence. The exercises are also divided weekly.
The app is downloaded and a registration is then made using a code you get from your coach / health coach. You enter a user name and password yourself. Please note this. Completed exercises can be saved in the app and uploaded at one and the same time and for example. when Wi-Fi connection is available, to save mobile data.
All data is anonymous in that it is only your trainer who can identify you in their system via an ID number. Your name or other personal information does not appear.
