The one thing it should do (show me the data of the last few weeks) hasn't been working for several months now. Plus the fact the user experience is just horrible and there doesn't seem to be a capable product owner on their end makes this app useless except for ordering replacement sensors (which needs to be done way too often)

Doesn't work. I login on it and when attempting to register the products that I am using (pump, sensor and infusion sets) and after selecting the preferences about communications, fails stating it's impossible to synch my data and to try again later. has been doing this since 24th June and continues the same after it got updated.

frustratingly impossible to use in any meaningful way. every time I start the app, it says welcome, I need to log into my account and then it asks me to confirm my details, clearly already on their system, one by one again. at the end of the process, my account needs to be verified and I am unable to order replacements. this happens every single time. medtronic also now have some kind of a bot answering their phone calls that can't understand my postcode, which takes another 15 minutes to get th
