I have tried setting up profile multiple times but always ends in an error with no way of moving forward. I am still unable to use the app. 'WeCare' is a great name, pity they DONT CARE about user experience. Terrible experience considering the tech in their devices literally keeps people alive, but they couldn't work out how to launch a functioning app.

Sadly, very disappointing. There is hardly anything to view within 'Resources' - most topics have no content and the e-shop has options to obtain a new belt clip and for holiday pump loan only. I was hoping the 'Your Food' section would be like most other food calculating apps, with options for scanning barcodes but everything needs inputting manually and in grammes, so you can't log 1 slice bread or 50ml milk for instance. All so rudimentary, I'll probably not look at it again.

Set up doesn't work in UK. The option to selection infusion set is not available to select. The first contact with your company (other than holding the equipment and training) is an app that promises so much and yet I cannot access it. The customer experience is really poor and deflating which is incredibly important given the nature of the product/service you provide.
