Poor experience - an attempt to offer a user friendly customer interface, but lacks customer focus. Fill out a form to replace yet another failed sensor, and the resulting 'server' error means all the entered data is lost and has to be re-entered. Focus on your customers more...! Last app update over 6 months ago speaks volumes.

Set up doesn't work in UK. The option to selection infusion set is not available to select. The first contact with your company (other than holding the equipment and training) is an app that promises so much and yet I cannot access it. The customer experience is really poor and deflating which is incredibly important given the nature of the product/service you provide.

Looks good and a lot easier to use than the other penny app that this has replaced. Opens quickly, displays data from pump (max 30d), link to the shop, can record food to get better insights and search these from database to record using grams or in some cases servings and shame not able to scan barcodes. On the experience of some medtronic apps this seems like a great addition and will be useful. 4 stars as strip across top saying 'the connection has timed out' has appeared which is annoying
