The UP! Community
The UP! mood journal originally was designed for individuals with bipolar I and bipolar II. Also, bipolar individuals with rapid cycling and mixed episodes are using the app to document their state of mental health. UP! is also used by people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and cyclothymia, as the symptoms and course of the disease are partially similar. Since UP! in general is an asset to CBT, the app is also successfully used for other mental health conditions like major and recurrent depression, anxiety & panic attacks and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

I really like this app. I find it easy to use, and very helpful with the indepth look at the way your mind processes things as well as a great self reflection tool. This being said, lately it's just continued to crash and I find myself avoiding it due to the frustration. I also wish there was a way to share select informatiwith a provider\friend without needing to download the UP!Buddy app. If you could please fix the crashing issue, I would be so grateful. That'd be worth the full five stars

I reviewed this app in 2019 & it was amazing. I've been using it for years. I'm tired of the baloney now. This app has become unusable. Force closes, sign in issues, and the most important feature of being able to reach my support person is now broken or useless or both. Time to move on if your lucky find something better. This ain't it!

Started off great, but...it has constant issues tracking sleep times and even after multiple times inputting the times of sleep, it will not save and sometimes shows days of no sleep. The diary is great, the customizable mood factors are very nice too. This needs the capability to input naps, or multiple sleep cycles, per day. Right now, it only tracks what you input for your 1 sleep cycle.
