Very bad experience. The application doesn't work, and will not verify your email. So the application installation stops at that point. Tried it three times, it just sat with a blue circle spinning for 15+ minutes. Had to call the company for two days to get my package because their automatic lock box wouldn't open. This isn't the only bad experience I had with them. Last time they sent back something I ordered from another country without notifying me it was here. This company is terrible!!!

In order to successfully complete the registration, you must follow the link in the last letter in the mail and be sure from the device from which the registration was initiated. If you are unable to complete the registration yourself, please send your phone number, e-mail, name and address to app.support@meest.com - we will help resolve the issue.

My experience with meest is that new phone was "lost" in a shipment. It was replaced with used one. And they even charged me with customs calculated from "lost" phone. After chatting through emails meest response is that this "company" is not responsible for "lost" phone. Typical Ukrainian business. I'm writing statement to police, but I doubt that it helps, just Ukrainian thing. This "company" is as russian post.

We don't unpack parcels and don't check their contents.After arrival at the warehouse theparcel was additionally packed and sent to Ukraine.The goods sent by the seller were inside the package.The parcel arrived in Ukraine without any damage and without access to its content therefore you should file a complaint against the store's support service.

With all the humanitarian shipments going into Ukraine I recently had problems accessing my account. But they worked with me to fix it and all is good. I have a l ways had great success with meest for my packages and the app makes it easier.

What's new

Changed warehouse address in Spain;
Changed the customs limit for Ukraine (150 euros);
It is again possible to send shipments to Nova Poshta offices in Ukraine;
Now it is possible to send shipments to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan again.
