Ratings and reviews

Support is dead, no way to figure out where are the packages. Usually, I'm trying to avoid this service, but unfortunately some sites have only this company as delivery to Ukraine or some packages from AliExpress also. You need to do something with your service and your bad reputation as result.

This delivery service is nightmare. It is completely unpredictable and rarely deliver on the expected date. Also, they refuse to take responsibility for the damaged goods despite the fact that the boxes have obviously been thrown repeatedly. I'd only recommend using this service if you need to move garbage around. And I'm looking forward to the day when certain online shops offer an alternative delivery option.

I installed this app because I have an issue with a delivery, but I uninstalled in 1 minute because everything was written with chirilic characters and I couldn't find any options to change the language. I gave two stars (and not one) because the app might still be a good one.
