Ratings and reviews

The app is annoying to navigate. So far it only shows up to 3 transactions on the credit builder card. Also, trying to reach a real person is a pain in the a**. You have to select at least five different damn options before you can finally, maybe talk to a person. And now I'm getting this b******* about a duplicate account. I think I made a mistake signing up to the $15 credit builder and the way things are going I might be canceling soon.

She's sassy and helpful plus she will definitely roast you about spending habits. However, there are a few things I'm starting to get annoyed with. Trying to get a hold of customer service is difficult, especially if the "chat to cleo" is not working properly. Subscription payments are a little high. It sucks that every time I need an advance I have to resubscribe when a big fee is already charged for the advance to begin with. Just not sure if Cleo is worth the hassle anymore.

Frustration! I've been using this card for a while and whatever they've done with the recent updates is beyond frustrating. My card expired for my checking account. They sent me a new and all that changed was the expiration date. I've updated dozens of times and the app says it's updated. Then I go to repay my piddling advance and it slips back to the old card and of course that one doesn't work. Update: so far so good. We'll see what happens next month.
