Ratings and reviews

The app is annoying to navigate. So far it only shows up to 3 transactions on the credit builder card. Also, trying to reach a real person is a pain in the a**. You have to select at least five different damn options before you can finally, maybe talk to a person. And now I'm getting this b******* about a duplicate account. I think I made a mistake signing up to the $15 credit builder and the way things are going I might be canceling soon.

I was really enjoying the app until my recent issue. I tried to set up an advance with the 3-4 business day delivery option but it failed four times. Yet, the moment I agree to pay the 8.99 for instant delivery, it immediately worked. That entire experience was not only uncomfortable, but given that your chat not had no answers and it's harder than it should be to reach someone after this happened makes it hard for me to justify recommending app to friends. Dropped a star due to poor response.

She's sassy and helpful plus she will definitely roast you about spending habits. However, there are a few things I'm starting to get annoyed with. Trying to get a hold of customer service is difficult, especially if the "chat to cleo" is not working properly. Subscription payments are a little high. It sucks that every time I need an advance I have to resubscribe when a big fee is already charged for the advance to begin with. Just not sure if Cleo is worth the hassle anymore.
