I've been using the Pay&Go app for my bill payments, and it's been a great experience so far. The app is very user-friendly, with a clean interface and easy navigation. Very bad & no customer service this app. There is no point in waiting for 5 to 10 minutes to get the face selfie for the face recognition to register this app. Even if I chat online to ask about it, the reply comes after about 10 minutes. It doesn't make any sense.

The app crashes when we try to make a payment. And then the bank gets charged, payment gets stuck in the app and we have to wait, or call the support to update the payment. Not to mention "failed" payments which charged the bank nonetheless but never received. Support doesn't know how to fix but instead make you go around circles with lame excuses. Really frustrating since this was my primary transaction app for years. I know bugs can happen, but when you don't fix them for months, itd not good.
