Crazy frustrating! Why can't a company the size and with the clout of Mitsubishi come up with an app that works? I paid huge money for this system for my 6,400 square foot home and I can't control the temperature. I went from Kumo to Comfort then back to Kumo because Comfort doesn't work (see it's 1.3 rating). I called Mitsubishi tech support and held for 30 minutes before finally selecting the option to get a call back. that was 3 days ago and no call back yet. I wish I could rip it all out.

Our 3 Mitsubishi units do a great job in keeping our home cool and comfortable, very quiet and efficient. The Kumo app provides for remote access and ease of setting and adjusting temperature, very easy and simple to use. I highly recommend these Mitsubishi products. You won't be disappointed.

i need to update wifi password and CAN'T do it HERE NOR via COMFORT app!!!!! downloaded new legacy version as previous version didn't work. can't login. even changed password and still can't login. app flashes after password accepted and then returns to login screen.
