Ratings and reviews

The App needs much work, but good start.. They need to add a few features to make it really useful. Customer profile needs expanded so that you can add vehicles to it. Need to be able to favorite a site location for easy re-use. Need way to add a work invoice to the history and get the points. What they have works and works well. It just needs expanded a bit. So 4 stars for a good try and to encourage adding to it so as to earn a 5 star.

Useful to see past services and points balance, but it really needs the option to delete old cars. Be sure to pull out your key card at each new location or they give you a new one without asking. I have 3 sets so far and can't easily combine to one account. Standardize your customer service experience, Meineke.

if you have app issues, you're out of luck. i good to a meineke frequently for my two cars, I've accumulated over 3900 points good to redeem for many services like an oil change. the app does not show that. talked to someone from corporate, they said they have no one for app help. i only have it 2 stars because i can make appointments. that's it.
