About this app

With MeisterDoc you have your health under control - as easy as ordering food or booking a hotel! Our health app allows you to clarify health questions quickly and easily and find the right specialist. MeisterDoc is based on three innovative functions:

1. MasterChat:

Ask your health questions in MeisterChat and receive immediate answers from our AI. Regardless of whether it is about symptoms or general health questions – MeisterDoc will help you find the right medical care.

2. MasterSearch:

Find the right specialist in your area flexibly and easily with MeisterSearch. Our platform offers you the best options for free doctor's appointments, so you can book an appointment without long waiting times. Please note: This function is currently only available in Germany, other countries will follow soon.

3. MeisterCall:

Our HealthCoaches are available to you via video chat in MeisterCall. Get advice immediately and receive helpful tips on how to proceed. Billing by the minute ensures that you retain full control over costs.

The application, in particular the MeisterChat and MeisterCall functions, does not replace a visit to the doctor. A medical examination and treatment are essential in order to correctly diagnose and treat a disease. The information provided should not be understood as a request for self-diagnosis or self-treatment.

Note: Using the app requires registration with MeisterDoc. There are no special technical requirements.
