Payed for one year subscription. My card was charge. Every time I've tried to use it it tells me I need to subscribe and kicks me to the subscription page. extremely annoying and useless. oh and their feedback link is nit working either. My 5G internet works just fine. Google Playstore shows I'm subscribed for the next year also. But they won't recognize this. So yeah so far for me it a rip off. It has also storeded 750mb on my phone sus as fk.

Hi! I'm experiencing the same issues as many other users. I was recently charged ₱2,890 even though I don't have an active subscription. I only signed up for a 7-day free trial, and without notice, the Wink app automatically deducted the amount from my GCash. I've been trying to request a refund, but it keeps getting declined. Like many others, I wasn't aware that the subscription would auto-renew. This is so frustrating. I hope this feedback reaches your team and that this issue can be resolved

Since this deduction was unexpected, I kindly request a refund of the charged amount. Additionally, I would like to request confirmation that the auto-renewal for my subscription has been canceled to avoid any future deductions.
