The app has too limited a pool of users and even fewer for the LGBTQQA community. Doesn't allow for bisexual matching. Also all the profiles that "liked" mine were not of the chosen gender preference. Anyone in rural areas should generally beware as well due to lack of engagement
The concept is excellent however the execution awful. I haven't been able to sign in for days now. I think I will delete the app. Once Meld fixes its glitches I'll be back but I really hate it continues to have the same problems over and over again because it's the best black professional dating app I've ever come across!
The tech part: I've had the app for a few months and it is somewhat slow. The matching part: All the men who contacted me where definitely fake. Just because someone has a Linkedin page or FB page doesn't mean they are legit. Those profiles can be fake as well. People will.pay more for a quality service that delivers a quality experience....this is NOT it and I am cancelling my subscription.
Looks like the concept could work, however I don't want a facebook account so I deactivated it only for Meld to reactivate it in order to sign in. I would have rather used my Instagram account instead. I will be deactivating my Facebook account again, so I am guessing I wont be able to utilize Meld.
App is not opening and has been doing this for several weeks. Please fix this. I recommended the app to friends and they were turned off by the glitches with logging onto the app.
Cool concept when it works. Most matches weren't local. One had the audacity to ask for money 😒😐😆. There's no point having a premium subscription when the app barely works. Improve the quality, develop better screening questions and this app might be worth it.
