Disappointed with the app.😩😩😩 At the end of contract, one no longer gets access to the account from the app and since Melita decide to deduct the full monthly amount from the bank, instead of a pro rata, 🙈 ends up with pro rata credit on the Melita account (which can't be accessed anyway)🤌. To get the refund, there's no online form option and one has to print the form 👀and send it to Melita by email or in person. 🤦🏻‍♂️😣🌲🌍🌎🌏 Where is your environmental responsibility?🤑

Terrible user experience, slow and laggy. Whoever developed this app for you scammed you.

I used to use it for various things and at a point the system was great now it's back to a decline, a dictatorship that doesn't even allow the user to play the way they want, and it they do they are charged for it, they seem to want people to go to other systems
