SoundHound makes it simple to discover music playing around you. It doesn’t matter if you’re at home, in your car, or anywhere else. Just open the app, hit the big orange button, and we’ll tell you exactly what song is playing!

All the songs and lyrics you discover will be kept in your own personal history, and you’ll have a Music Map to look up exactly where you heard that song you loved so much. Please remove the obnoxious new lyrics panel or at least make it optional! The old lyrics display was fine, there was no need to push those terrible lyrics panel right into our face each and every time a song is identified. And to make matters worse, the screen stays ON while the lyrics are displayed, draining the battery. Worst update in a long time 🤬

Was much better in the past. Could not find "Waiting for love". After some time I remembered the name (obviously) and checked, if I did the melody wrong. Tried various parts with different styles of humming/singing, but no use. I remember this being a straightforward app in the past that could even find some more exotic anime songs. Also, the UX got worse. Why did I paid money on that app, when it's showing me big nasty ads during my search? Please find your way back to your roots!

It's ok, but I think it would be much better if it had an option to make screen larger or wider than it currently is (with a narrow band), which makes song lyrics extremely difficult to read! What's the point of incorporating a great feature like lyrics and then making it virtually useless (even with the option of increasing the font a little) it's still too difficult to read... Either do away with the narrow band or provide an option to increase width or overall size.
