It's not about the app but their service and customer care is worst. I drop an email, they didn't reply, I did chat, always same answer, I will check with my team and will get back to you but they never respond. I again did chat, again same answer. And what is the timing of their customer care team, 9 am to 8 pm, so for talking to them one has to leave all his work or wait for the holiday. I am an online buyer from 2012, it seems to be the worst customer care of all times. Outlook is not working, financial team is not here, manager is not here, my team is not here, they will just give some stupid silly excuses like a kindergarten child and they will assure you that they will definitely respond but they will not. And prices, fluctuating like a tomato price. One day you buy for 20 RS kg, next day it is Rs. 10 per kg. No option to cancel the order at your own so keep requesting the customer care for order cancellation. They will give you coupon for first purchase but site will show coupon is not applicable. I am wondering whose investment they are burning. I have bought more than 5-6 jewellery products from bluestone and had very good experience. BUT WITH MELORRA, just due to some stupid Facebook ad I got trapped.
I don't care about the app but the service is poor. I have been following up on my order for almost a month only to receive a teeny veeny earring instead.of a bracelet which I actually ordered. I don't know how much more patience is left in me to deal with this. I hope this gets sorted and I am done with you guys.
