Walkie Talkie Dream Garden

"Walkie Talkie Dream Garden" (WTDG) is the companion app for "Walkie Talkie Dream Angles" (coming soon to Android), and likewise consists of interactive sound walks built with the U-GRUVE AR system developed by Richard Rodkin and Memetic Arts.

As an AR experience, participants must be at the specific sites for which the music was composed -- Wilhelmsburg, Hamburg (Germany) and Williamsburg, Brooklyn (USA).

With music and audio created by composer/performer Dafna Naphtali, participants create their own musical experience as they move from zone to zone, using their mobile device's GPS sensor to trigger and play back the audio files in variety of ways and combinations.

Funding for WTDG comes from New York State Council on the Arts and is sponsored, in part, by the Greater New York Arts Development Fund of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, administered by Brooklyn Arts Council (BAC), and the Hamburg Cultural Council.
