Ratings and reviews

I paid for the trial, but I still can’t log in, so I can’t review the app’s actual functionality. I downloaded the app and tried signing up multiple times but never received a confirmation email. I then went to the website, answered a ton of questions, rejected multiple offers hoping I’d eventually reach a 100% discount, paid for the trial, and still never got a confirmation email. I checked spam too, but nothing.

I downloaded FishBox in hopes of learning more about how to fish. I had signed up for the trial, gone fishing. and didnt like it. I canceled during my 3 day trial. but somehow, even though it was canceled. they decided to charge me. why you might ask? because they want you to add 5 spots to a map to show you've given their app an honest try. all I found was broken promises, a basic app. and nothing that I actually needed or could use. ten outta ten. I DO NOT recommend this app.

My only complaint is that the process to cancel through the app is very weirdly tucked away and hidden. Instead of it just being right on the profile menu, you have to go a step further by pressing the tiny little crown icon on the top right, which then takes you to a generic info page, and if you scroll down to the bottom you'll find the "manage subscription" button. I'm dumb and couldn't figure it out so I ended up contacting support and they were very helpful. The app seems fine otherwise.
