Ratings and reviews

The app is very poorly programmed by an amateur! Every time I open it I keep getting constant prompts to review my last refueling or car wash experience, I keep submitting a review then another popup comes on and on again until suddenly it would just disappear. Also, since the last 2 updates, when you click on Car wash then tap the drop down arrow to select which kind of car wash you want, nothing happens, you need to keep trying endlessly until you get lucky and the options are revealed.

Their service was very poor. They scheduled my delivery at night when I had booked it for the morning. The delivery driver arrived half an hour earlier than the scheduled time and then reported that the vehicle was unavailable. The only option they provided was to reschedule, and they gave me a new schedule for the next day. This is terrible and completely unreliable.

I think I was one of the first users of this app and even recommended it to many others. Unfortunately, instead of improving, it has gone downhill. Now, when I order fuel, it gives me a time slot after 48 hours! Today, I'm uninstalling this app for good. It's really a shame that once they gain some traction, they start charging more while their service quality declines
