We have all been waiting for Mendeley's Android version and now it's out! Thanks for the fantastic job, Mendeley team! I already noticed that a concentrated list of all notes and annotations as in the desktop version is missing and would be a welcome addition. I also noticed that I cannot add sticky notes on any blank spot on a PDF, but only on text, which is quite limiting. <<>>
Overall I really like it and find it useful. One feature that would be very nice to have is the ability to customize text and background colors like some pdf readers do (foxit for example). I find reading black text on a white background on a screen to be uncomfortable, and I know lots of other people do as well. Until this feature is added, I'll be opening the files externally in other pdf readers to read
Totally RUBBISH! Doesn't even work on my android! Not one single function works! No search! No sync! No open documents I have! Nothing! I am frustrated bcoz I actually heard It was good. Apparently It is absolutely not.
Very annoying app. I spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to import a pdf paper that I downloaded from arxiv. Gave up in the end.
The desktop allows you to add annotations to the PDF. The mobile app, however, does not have this functionality. Could you please add this functionality to the next update?
