Bad customer service. I signed up a while back and paid $10/mo. They reduced the price to $7/mo after a few months but didn't adjust my subscription fees. I paid the higher rate for months and contacted them about it. They didn't want to issue me any refund and said they weren't obligated to lower the price I was paying.

The content can be used in different aspect of life. Some very practical points are extracted wisely from books. Many of them not only are genuine ideas but also triggered my mind to create some more enhanced ideas for my personal life. Some of the workshops are also very useful. Yet, I think the team care more about the big picture and some details are neglected, for example the app can be even better and maybe it's better to have a certain structure for their discussion with the authors.

Just installed it, looks promising, but one big problem. I cannot access the downloaded clips when offline. In fact, I cannot open the app being offline like I can with other apps for example audible Can you please add this feature?
