The new mobil.nrw app for bus, train, bike, and park & ​​ride, including eezy.nrw. With the new mobil.nrw app, you can buy local public transport tickets for all of North Rhine-Westphalia! Choose from the offers of AVV, VRR, VRS, WestfalenTarif, and NRW-Tarif and travel throughout NRW on all RE, RB, and S-Bahn trains, as well as all other network transport options (buses, subways/light rail, or trams). You'll also receive information about unscheduled disruptions and service interruptions, as well as details about your train connections.

Save your daily connections and most important stops as favorites, and you'll have all the information you need right at your fingertips before your trip.

This also works for all journeys from the AVV, VRR, VRS, WestfalenTarif, and NRW fare networks, and even for long-distance travel, because we've integrated all connections into our bus and train information service.

Want to be informed about delays and alternative connections? Then subscribe to the relevant information for your lines and connections.

Your Journey Alert: Want to be reminded that it's time to head to the stop? Or are you interested in whether your bus or train is delayed? The Journey Alert will send you a timely notification.

Multi-trip tickets: Ever forgotten that you still had a ticket left over from your 10-trip or 4-trip ticket and accidentally booked another one? Those days are over, because the app shows you your balance directly.

Easy payment:

You can pay for your online bus and train ticket in two ways.

You have the choice between:
- Credit card
- Direct debit

Bike routing: Cycling to the stop or from the stop to your destination? The app shows you the best way to combine cycling with bus or train travel.

Doing Bike+Ride and want to park your bike securely? Then you can use the DeinRadschloss bike parking facilities at many stops in the VRR network. The app shows you whether there's a free space at your stop.

Or you can rent a metropolradruhr bike and cycle the last leg to or from your stop. The app shows you the stations at your stop and lets you see if a bike is available.

Also available for Wear OS. Ideal for checking in and out via your smartwatch with the eezy.nrw fare!

Ratings and reviews

The idea with EEZY TICKET is good, but there's a technical problem. When confirming the payment via bank app's notification (instead of opening it from the main screen) mobil.nrw gets stuck on "check in". The money get blocked, but a ticket is not issued; money get released only after 2 days.

Just doesn't work anymore. Searching for connections brings up nothing.

Just as bad as the VRR app. No option to choose "minimum change time" Shows you connections with 0 minutes change time. Or for example at a train station, 2 minutes to get from your train to the bus, which is absolutely impossible unless you run like you're about to win a gold medal.

Dieses Update verbessert die Übersicht und Nutzerführung in der App: Aktuell und zukünftig gültige Tickets findest du jetzt gemeinsam in der Kachel „Gültige Tickets“. Die bisherige separate Anzeige zukünftig gültiger Tickets entfällt, sodass alle relevanten Tickets zentral an einer Stelle sind. Außerdem wurde die Abfahrtsansicht übersichtlicher gestaltet. Eine Autofill-Funktion unterstützt dich bei der Registrierung. Ergänzt wird das Update durch Bugfixes für mehr Stabilität.
