Ratings and reviews

I needed a pet sitter who could be very flexible as I periodically need to be admitted to the hospital. there is often little Lead time, but my pet sitter, Meghan, rises to the challenge. Meowtel is a great service, especially as you can be reassured that all of their sitters are carefully vetted before joining up with Meowtel. The app is very easy to use, and their staff is very accessible to answer any questions you might have as a first time user.❤️

This app has been a total game changer for the peace of mind and quality of care for our senior special needs kitties! the only thing I do wish is that you could change the date after you are reserved and accepted (and prompt the sitter to reaccept). one time I booked the wrong month and our go-to sitter didn't even notice also and just accepted. once we noticed, I unfortunately had to cancel the whole reservation and make a new one. it would be helpful to be able to just change it.

Meowtel has been an absolute life saver for cat care while traveling. The platform is easy to use, easy to book, and makes finding great sitters stress-free. Every sitter I’ve used has ranged from good to even better to truly superb. The matchups have been great, pricing is reasonable, and the whole experience just works. It’s 100% my go-to platform anytime I need to be away and want to know my cats are in good hands. Highly recommend for fellow cat parents who travel!
