It is a uniquely guided, physically inclined environment using different apparatuses, movements, and techniques to encourage expansion of your whole self at your own pace through a community with a variety of classes, open gym, levels, parties, private lessons, workshops, and more; for playing, performing, competing, active recovery, and connection.

We believe that your mind and soul are just as important as your body. We strive for growth and maintenance with internal and external alignment through synergistic harmony with mindful expansion and contraction.
