Ratings and reviews

Very user-friendly, though the filters & search parameters could be expanded upon/ improved. Great platform for small sellers, especially with no seller fees currently. However, I would actually vote for going back to charging the fees to the seller instead of putting it on the buyer. I've had less sales since they implemented that change.

Ripoff This app has potential but all the added fees seemed to have slowed the number of sales. It's hard to find a good deal now. The estimated package weights are inaccurate as well which has led to upcharges that result in even less $. Customer service is poor as well. I received a shirt that was too big and they told me I was stuck with it. I received a hoodie with a stain so I tried to start a return and they never even got back to me.

It's great that this platforms exists, but with an extra $15 in fees & domestic shipping I wound up paying more than I wanted even after haggling a bit with the seller. Also my account was locked as suspicious just fir attempting to haggle a bit with a seller. Overall horrible experience for a deal that wasn't much of a deal in the long run.
