App is very unreliable, cannot complete orders. I've tried it on 2 different android phones. 1 just sits on the title page with a spinning wheel for up to 10 minutes before it crashes. on the other I spent a solid hour creating a pick-up order for Thanksgiving week, but it won't let me add a credit card to make the payment. The card number film is just below the bottom of the screen and it won't scroll. what a waste of time.

This app is so not user friendly!! I've been trying to put in an order for about 45 minutes and the app is not formatted properly so you can't even add a debit card to make a purchase. Y'all really need to work out your bugs. It's a holiday season and I don't want to have to come into a store. So everything that's in my cart I'll just be getting from Walmart so that I can do the Walmart pickup!!!

As a disabled person, I appreciate the convenience of ordering from the app. Last night and today I have been unable to pay online, even if trying Google Pay. I changed my browser to Chrome (from Samsung Internet); and still get error messages. I even uninstalled and re-installed the app. Still no luck, even after I cleared cache on all internet apps.
