On occasion I am surprised by a charge showing up that I don't remember making. It's become fewer & further between. I truly enjoy being able to check my accounts. 3/18/2024 - I just had to update this app. I found it difficult to get into the app because I had to uninstall it first & I always use the biometrics to log in. I couldn't remember my login info to save my life, lol. All good now!

Too difficult to log in. It keeps saying there is an unexpected error and to try back later. I wish it was more specific. It took me 5 or 6 attempts before I finally was able to log in. Fingerprint wouldn't work even after a few attempts. Username and password wouldn't work either. I know we need security, but I need to be able to get to my own account or your app is worthless.

UPDATE - had to fully uninstall the app, then went to the website and reinstalled it. Not sure why it was giving me such problems before. Maybe a broken link? Anyway, so happy to have this back. This app makes banking so easy. It won't let me open the app at all now. I'm stuck in a loop of update needed - open app - update needed - open app. I have updated the app. It won't let me open it. So frustrated rn 😞 Will be happy to change this to a 5 star review when it actually works again.
