I guess the developer has only tried the app on IPhone because it only works fine on IPhone. On Samsung galaxy s10 plus and also s21 ultra we got the same issues, once the app is opened and then trying to switch to another app or if the app is kept open for 30 minutes or so when we return back to app the app is frozen so everytime we have to force close the app and login back from the start. We really do not have that much time to waste. The app only gets updates maybe once a year.

Very poor experience. Whenever scanning from phone, getting wrong UPC code, product mismatch by scan, not in system, then have to scan again. Even with very good internet speed app keep loading after item scan. Sometimes not loading categories. Too many bug's.
