1. KYC is a nightmare, nothing works. You do it on the app, submit button is hidden, you do it on the browser, one file is always missing. Customer care is not very helpful. 2. The app layout is nice, but functional is 1/10. Buttons don't work until you have punched your screen 100times and you don't know which one worked.

This is so wrong. I'm logged out of my account. Tried to login no way. I Tried to reset my password and it was still the same thing. Please you people should get this resolved asap. I can't afford to lose my investment please.

very useless app, I deposited my money I want withdraw but it told me that I have to create a pin. I tried hundreds of times but it keeps telling me pins do not match talkless of wahala of not getting CSCS for long time. please avoid this app it's frustrating.
