The Merit Page is a collaboratively updated online profile that helps people and institutions work together to build reputations by documenting, sharing, and promoting positive outcomes. The Merit page is a résumé that builds itself. An affiliated institution, such as a college, creates Merit pages for each of its students. The college and students then collaboratively update the Merit page with academic honors, award, co-curriculars, and work experience. Whenever institutions update the Merit pages of their students or members, those updates are shared with Merit’s network of stakeholders including the student’s communities, high schools, government representatives, friends and family and more.
The Merit Pages app enables students to easily manage their Merit page from any mobile device and receive notifications whenever they are recognized for achievements by Merit institutions. The Merit app also allows friends and family members to follow a student’s progress at school.
