I can't even get started with this app, still waiting for a verification code to be texted to me. Can't log in using my email address either. Hope someone contacts me soon or I'm returning them.
The damn smart plugs will not connect to my network. I even had them plugged into an outlet a foot away from my router. When I 1st plug into the wall outlet it flashes blue really fast. Then it blinks green twice. Then nothing. I have tried to reset numerous times. But the only time there is any inclination of light blinking, is when I unplug then plug back in. After a couple seconds. Nothing. I bought a 3 pack. And all 3 do the same damn thing. I have emailed you guys. But have not heard back.
The verification code for registration won't send! I downloaded the app on both Google Play and Apple Store and nothing happens on the verification screen. Can't use the item if you can't use the app. Literally, at this point, useless.
The app connects my smart device, but the only reason I'm giving it as 1 start bcz it's draining my mobile so quick even whn im not using the app. I have s8 plus can you plz fix the battery drain issue? So that i can revise my rating? If this is not fixed i probably have to uninstall this app and just not to use my device.
Bought it on clearance at Marshalls, works 100%. Im located in Manila Philippines. And yes it is auto voltage. Happy client here!
So far I have nothing negative to say about this. Will update review when I am able to add security camera to my collection.
