I love that I can lock my card but way too frequently can not get in to unlock! frustrating especially when in line to check out! update:yet again unable to unlock my card and unable to grocery shop! I have walked away from multiple full shopping carts at stores and worse had to have friends pay for a few meals/items due to the app throwing a failure/error message! bridgewater credit unit was my first ever bank account started when I was 14 with my first job. I'm in my 50s-shopping for new bank!

The message "this app is no longer compatible your phone" came up when I tried to complete the forced update. The previous app will not run and only provides an Update button. It should be my choice as to whether I want to incur the risk that a malicious Bluetooth device, when I don't even have Bluetooth enabled on my phone, could present a security risk. The old app should simply be allowed to run and access my account, which it's been doing successfully without any issues for several years.

One star only because I wrote a review yesterday and it was deleted. It added useful features at the expense of the user interface. It's absolutely HORRIBLE!! Why can't you separate my accounts by account number, not type?! I just did a transfer to another account and I don't think I put it in the right account. So, I transferred it to the account it should've gone to and now the balances don't look even remotely correct. I'll be finding another credit union if this is how they're going to be.
