The picture quality is great The camera is great except there's no sound that I can't figure out why when I tap the sound icon (It's gray and has a line through it as if it's muted) nothing happens it's as if I didn't touch it over the button doesn't work. I've tried contacting the company to know about no one replies to requests for help. Because the picture quality is terrific and because customer service is non-existent, 3★'s

Just 3 stars. I have had the camera's for a couple of weeks. Set up was painless (5 stars). The app itself is clean and easy to navigate. However, when I access the events list at the bottom of the app, it enters the event page and .... that's it. No events load. It spins and spins and spins but never shows events. So I have to uninstall, reinstall and sign back in. I then can see the event list on the event page. Touching on a listed camera I am able to see events for that camera, but when it hangs it does exactly the same thing. It spins and spins but never loads any events. It's hard to tell if it is client-side or server-side issues. But it is frustrating. (1 star). Night vision tends to look like tunnel vision and doesn't have the distance the Comcast/XFinity home camera had. (2 stars). The clarity of the camera is really surprising in the daytime. Sharp and clear for the most part (4 stars). Finally, motion detection. As best as I can tell they aren't any better, or worse, than other inexpensive camera systems. (3 stars) I have a Note 9 on TMobile, Android 8.1.

App is still pretty buggy. For example I never see the camera page update to show that there were motion alerts. Also when trying to scrub through playback it doesn't register that I moved to a different time. The app is also missing features that I would really like. For example, being able to see a larger photo for motion alerts and maybe even a gif of the motion detected; being able to change the speed when playing recordings back. Overall the app is okay, but it still has a long way to go.
