I have had grande for almost a year now. I only got it because it was the only option for my apartment area. I'm glad it was. I've never had issues to big that couldn't be solved with a simple resetting of the box. The streaming is never slow or pauses like my old provider. Love it!!!

Garbage app. Very resource intensive. Doesn't respect devices theme or night mode configurations. Most importantly, forces you to allow permissions to your contacts then syncs the app contacts with your phone contacts. No way to keep work contacts and personal contacts separate. Requires way too many permissions.

They lied to me about the monthly cost just to get me on with them, they told me 54 dollars a month and then jacked it up to 120 for one month then 310 for two months, they put hidden fees in there. I loved the service, but I would rather sit without than to b bustled buy another utily company.
