It continually logs me out, even though I select, remember me. What makes it worse, the person that set up the verification SMS and email, used the wrong phone number. Now, even though my correct phone number is on my account, they can't fix the phone number for the login SMS verification. So it sends an SMS to the wrong number if I opt for that, effectively making it impossible for me to verify my account via SMS. Email is the only option. I have talked to their WebTechs and they can't fix it.

Hello, Vivianna- "Remember me" is meant to remember your username only and not to keep you logged in. You can set up the Biometric login by going through the More menu option so you do not need to enter your password every time. Regarding the issue with changed phone numbers, we will investigate how this can be changed for you and update you here.

I wish I could give a zero star. I'm a new client, right off the bat their website glitched and signed me up for two policies with the same animals, I emailed them multiple times, to which they said to call. I proceeded to call them SIX times with no answer at all. The app itself doesn't even work, everything I click says there is an error loading the pages, it's absolutely ridiculous.

I like the app, but it could be much better. It would be nice if we could see the documents already submitted for each claim. It would also be nice if we could upload the documents from existing files rather than using the app's camera to take a photo. The photo quality is quite poor, often requiring multiple takes for bare minimum legibility. This results in inconsistencies with total listed on claim versus what is actually on document.
