It’s now easier and more convenient than ever to care for your pets’ health and wellness with confidence – all in one place!

Download the app to read informative articles about Pet Insurance, locate a Pet Service Finder, get a quote, and have a customer service chat (10 AM to 6 PM EST).

When it’s time to submit a claim, simply take a picture of the invoice and notes and submit your claim - all from your mobile device! 80% of claims are processed in 10 days or less and you can follow your claim’s progress right from the app.

Unable to use the app. The app won't even launch from Samsung Dex, just immediately crashes. From the phone directly it launches but immediately pops up a message saying "something went wrong". can't do anything else. The website is also returning a "server error" at the moment as well, although I have been able to use it in the past. Not a good look MetLife
