I like the app, but it could be much better. It would be nice if we could see the documents already submitted for each claim. It would also be nice if we could upload the documents from existing files rather than using the app's camera to take a photo. The photo quality is quite poor, often requiring multiple takes for bare minimum legibility. This results in inconsistencies with total listed on claim versus what is actually on document.

It doesn't give you all the details you need. We also learn that in order to process a claim you need both receipt and a copy of the SOP notes from the vet. We found this out the hard way on our very first claim. They never disclosed that information in the beginning. And so they denied our very first claim without telling us why, I found out by having to call them. I think they're app has lots of room for improvement. Also they don't cover pre-existing conditions, little side not for you.

My tech issues were resolved for now and the agent I worked with was nice, but overall the app requires a lot of troubleshooting and there are clearly some ongoing issues. I hope Metlife can live up to it's expectations long-term.
