Ratings and reviews

The Metlife App is pretty much useless. Doesn't matter where you are, how strong your signal is, or if you have the latest update, the app constantly fails to upload account information. So far, I think I can at least view information on the Metlife mobile web page. There are a few things I'll have to call customer service to get information on.

So there is something you guys need to fix because when people go to pick up their prescription you cannot log in unless you have Wi-Fi. It's only because I need my insurance numbers. That's the only time I can actually login is if I'm on Wi-Fi if I use my mobile data it does not accept it and say I have no connectivity and it never connects. I have over 21,000 followers and they will see this please fix this.

A lot of the things I click on the app result in an error, like trying to contact my case manager. I can't edit basically any of my information without getting an error. My claim information also doesn't update in the app like it does on the website, but they push the app so hard on the website and if you call their hotline. At least make it functional if you want people to use it.
