Please don’t buy any insurance through banks. In my experience, they are the number one scammers. When the insurance is renewed, they continue deducting money every month but do not provide the renewal copy. They also don’t have proper customer care support. 3 years ago, I took insurance through them. At that time, they only provided the card and policy details once. After that, they have been deducting money every month until now.

The app features the number of policies & payment due with auto payment options the movement you login, the app interface is so complicated that you cannot find the required claim forms, the automated Customer Service number has options to to talk to a customer care executive to assist you in the claim process but all the options available even Contact via Email options are related to buying a new policy, It is easy to buy A new policy through the app but cannot claim through the app.

The app feels outdated and unreliable. Despite a “Remember Me” option, I have to log in manually every time, and there's still no biometric support, which is expected in a normal financial app in this day and age. Lately, it’s been forcing a password reset, but even after updating, it doesn’t register the change and loops me back to the start. This has been happening for two weeks now with no fix, clearly showing that the app is poorly maintained and lacking proper support. Please rectify ASAP
