myMetLife Gulf (Middle East) app is designed for customers who are covered by a policy purchased from MetLife in one of the Gulf countries (UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain). It’s a one-stop online customer service center with everything MetLife has to offer! Manage your account, read the latest on health, fitness, and financial wellness, and access customer service. If you have medical insurance through your employer, you can also use the app to also access pre-approvals,  submit and view claims and view your ID card. If you’re eligible, the app will also help you access Wellbeing Connect and the health tracking tool.

Horrible App, the moment you open it , it says "We're sorry. The system may be unavailable or experiencing network issues please try again after some time. If the problem continues, please contact Customer Service."

the app does not let you login. trying to reset the password for past 1 month. the app freezes as soon as you submit email id to reset. No other online help available. Very unprofessional app, even small traders have better functioning apps.

app is stil not working.. Is there a bug in the app? I cannot get past the set up profile change password even if what I entered is correct. It gets stuck on buffering. It has been almost a month now even when I reinstalled the app.
