Bad app This is the worst bank app I've ever used. I can't get it to work at all. And nothing is simple about it. Trying to log on to mobile banking and it tells me there is an error and that immediately shuts the app down. When I open it up again it doesn't even let me try to sign in again, just a blank screen. This needs some serious help.
so stupid worked great, then one day just stopped and hasn't been fixed for months. when it does work it also forgets your information. and if you can't remember your password you can't reset it. you have to redo everything by calling in the stupid bank and they don't even know how to fix it
Garbage This app used to work. Now ot makes me register my device every time i try to use it. Its junk now.
After update no longer works well. If it isn't broke don't fix it.
It works good for what i use it for. You do have to keep loging in a lot.
Lack of Innovation The UI and functionality are the exact same as the mobile site is. And actually, the mobile site is better, because with the app any time I tried switching between categories (accounts, transfers, etc.) it made me log in again. The app could definitely use some work, and maybe then the rating will go up. But until then, I'll continue using the mobile and desktop site for my banking.
