The app looks like it came right out of the 90s. The app is extremely old and clunky. The complete opposite of stream line. Too many ads and lacking in almost every feature you would expect from a financial app. This app some basic features like pin login and biometric login. And shoot. Maybe be able to pay your credit card off instead of using the EZ card app. As a credit union. Prime source is cool. The app. Not much.

Not compatible with android 10. Was working great until i updated my phone to android 10. Now crashes each time and i get a message the app was made for an older version of android. I'll move ti 5 stars when it's updated to work

Great bank/ credit union the people who work are really in retested in helping you and care about your banking experience. I've been going thru Idenity theft and they have been very good! I couldn't ask for more support!
