**--** A FORCED 1 STAR RATING!!! I WOULD GIVE APP 0 STARS OUT OF 5!! **--** app is utter trash. has too many bugs as I should not have to be in loop of verification codes when I've put the current one sent verbatim 3 times already for instance.

Other than filing a claim this app is useless. I wanted to search the support library within the app just to explore what it had and it's wasn't able to display any topics or even give me a link to chat or call a tech support Rep. Disappointing to say the least, I even tried updating it thinking I needed a update, no success. Guess I will need to call customer service of I really need tech support.

I'm not sure what type of "Plan" I'm supposed to have to use this app. I also did a basic help search of "coverage" and it came back with no results at all. Uninstalling app as it is useless to me. *Upon submitting feedback on the app... I couldn't even provide feedback.
