Other than filing a claim this app is useless. I wanted to search the support library within the app just to explore what it had and it's wasn't able to display any topics or even give me a link to chat or call a tech support Rep. Disappointing to say the least, I even tried updating it thinking I needed a update, no success. Guess I will need to call customer service of I really need tech support.

I have been paying for Metro protection for I don't know how many years on and off and I have it on now on two devices and your app does not even recognize me as a customer I would like to know what kind of situation you all have with playing with people's phones and messing up their service and getting them hacked and kicked offline it seems like you all are into some type of sick agreement with Google and whoever else to mess up people's phone but I would like you to know I'm not going to cont

can't even sign up! can't fill in blanks, and it won't accept the code it sent to my Gmail 3 seconds after it was sent! How am I supposed to file a claim if I can't even sign up in app??
