Metro service is horrible. can't get internet 95%of time. Complained to FCC in April '17s service was improved may/ June. Now it's right back to no service again. Losing games,can't make calls unless I go outside& that doesn't always work .live less than 1/2 mile from tower. What a joke for service. They even sent me a phone of lesser quality than what I had,a discontinued crappy phone. Do something!!! If I need help I'm on my own . Thinking I will get another provider when time to pay next bill if service not better.
MetroPCS visual voicemail is useless for people with hearing disabilities. What use is knowing who called if you cannot hear the voice message? It used to display the message in text, but obviously some greedy decision maker has removed that service to try to make profits off the disabled.

Man idk wats going on with app, but works at times and the other days it freezes up!
