I am residente of La Palma and now already tried three times to apply for the bono canario through the app/website (I already want to have the bono when I arrive in TF). All I get is a mail that they received my application and then never hear anything again from them. Very professional company and processes, thumbs up! If something is wrong or missing with the application how about giving feedback to the customer?

a good idea, but I can't get it working at the bus. very difficult to understand which ticket to choose and then it mostly refuses to validate the ticket in a bus, no matter what I scan. it would help to add NFC functionality and allow non-spanish mobile numbers

This app may be useful for those who are already familiar with the exact costs of each bus type on Tenerife (LL-bus, SC-bus, etc). For those who aren't, it might be better to invest €2 in a prepaid bus card. Unlike the app, the bus card offers discounted fares. Additionally, there's no option to delete your account—although the app displays your correct email address, it then incorrectly claims that the address is wrong.
