If you have a Norden health plan, download it free of charge on your cell phone. With the MeuNorden app you can schedule appointments, manage your family plan financially, access your card, consult the accredited network and much more.

Appointment Scheduling - Plan beneficiaries can book appointments directly through the app for in-person appointments at Norden Hospital or via telemedicine. Additionally, they can use the app to confirm, cancel or reschedule their appointments with their doctor and other healthcare professionals. The same functionality can be used by the user to meet members of the Hospital's clinical staff.

Accredited Network - The complete and updated list of accredited networks accessible whenever you need them. Along with the scheduling tool, the network search brings the application a complete and practical medical guide.

Coverage and shortfalls - Clearly informing what coverage is included in the plan and when they will be available is the health plan operator's obligation. Therefore, we made accessing this information very simple through the app.

Personalization - Whether for privacy or necessity, the plan holder or person responsible for the plan can define which actions their dependents can perform on the MeuNorden app. Our experience shows that it is common for one person in the family to be responsible for financial management, while another is more focused on health planning. The decision about who can access these features, however, must be made by the person responsible for the plan, not us. Therefore, the new application gives the holder the power to create different usage profiles for each of the beneficiaries associated with their contract.

Guests - Personalization of the MeuNorden app is limited to those who have the plan. Not everyone in the family needs to be a Norden beneficiary to be able to help plan for the health of their loved ones. It was by observing the day-to-day scheduling and other demands that we created an exclusive feature among all health plans: the possibility for a plan holder to include and allow a guest to help with scheduling or financial management. Or, even, all at the same time and many other actions in the future.

Digital Card - A card in the application must be much more than a digital version of the health plan card. In addition to immediate access after hiring, the digital card has other benefits: relevant information that does not fit in the physical version is now accessible directly from the card. In the same app as the holder, for example, it is possible to present the card of all beneficiaries, without the need to change applications or logins. Furthermore, it represents the end of the fine print: plan data, segmentation, accommodation, needs and other information can be quickly found in a more modern and accessible interface.

Financial management - Provides the user of individual or family plans with a simple and easy-to-use panel, with payment and co-participation history, open monthly fees and quick access to the bill's barcode or its printable version. It is more than the 1st copy and 2nd copy, it is the financial management of the health plan in real time, as objective and clear as possible.

More privacy and security - MeuNorden is now safer against fraud and third-party intrusions. Furthermore, it allows the user to block access to the information contained therein if they lose their smartphone or whenever they deem it necessary.
